Facility Fee Information
(Effective Mar 15th , 2013)
To guarantee a date, The Event Center at Church Ranch requires that ½ of the rental fee be paid at the time of contract signing. The remaining balance of the rental fee is due no later than six (6) months prior to the scheduled event. Any other applicable fees are due 30 days prior to scheduled event. If event is less than 6 months prior to booking, payment will be due in-full at the time of contract signing. Please contact the Event Manager with any questions regarding the contract or fees. The Event Center at Church Ranch accepts cash, check and all major credit cards.

- All Day Hours: 12 consecutive hours

The Facility Fee includes the following for 150 guests:
- Private use of the facility and grounds
- Use of tables and chairs and any requested buffet tables, gift table, and cake table
- Use of house table linens
- 5 Hrs Unlimited Water, Tea and Coffee
- Customized set-up
- A Site Manager on-site for the entire event
Ceremony for 150 guests: and Rehearsal $500.00
(additional $2 per guest over 150)
Includes the set up and tear down of ceremony chairs along with a 1 hour rehearsal which is scheduled within 30 days prior to the event, availability permitting.
Additional Fees Include:
- Refundable Damage Deposit: $1,500.00
- Additional Guests: $5-$7 per guest
- Servers: $25.00 per hour per server (4 hour minimum)
- Security (per hour): Westminster Police- $50.00 per officer Required at any event with alcohol
- Additional Hours: $200.00- if time is available within 30 days of scheduled event
- No Outside Beverages permitted - Alcoholic and non-alcoholic must be purchased through The Event Center at Church Ranch.
- Self Catered Events: $300.00
The Event Center at Church Ranch is a spacious, beautifully landscaped location with rustic charm. An attractive setting that’s distinctively Colorado, the 7,000 square foot building has the look and feel of a log cabin, complete with pine log walls and open wood framing. The Center features 30-foot ceilings and an open floor plan, with the main room comfortably seating over 450 guests.
The outdoor venue at The Event Center at Church Ranch features two acres of winding pathways through attractive landscaping, magnificent waterfalls and ornate fountains. Archways and pillars nestled amongst the trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds create a picturesque setting for wedding ceremonies. A 3,500 square foot patio is available for outdoor receptions and dancing so your guests can enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather while experiencing a scenic atmosphere.
